These days, your PC has a number of USB ports to which you connect mouse, keyboard and other USB devices. You also use pen drive or external hard drives to connect the USB port. After plugging in the pen drive or USB drive, you receive this error message, USB device not recognized. USB devices issues can occur different reasons.

Step 1. Shutdown your computer in the normal way and unplug the power supply.


Step 2. Leave your computer without power supply for 15 minutes.


Step 3. Turn on your computer and boot to windows.
